Welcome to R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC . By booking services with us, visiting our website, or using our services in any way, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read carefully.

1. Independent Business Status

R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC is an independently owned and operated transportation company. We are not affiliated with any former employers, competing transportation companies, or third-party brands. All services, branding, pricing, and business operations are original and independently developed.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All reservations must be confirmed in advance.

• A deposit may be required to secure booking.

• Full payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are subject to change based on time, distance, service type, and availability.

Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, card, invoice, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to scheduled service may be eligible for refund of deposit (if applicable).

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of service are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• In the event of emergencies or extreme circumstances, Company reserves the right to offer credit at its discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

By booking services, Client agrees:

• To provide accurate pickup/drop-off details

• To be on time for scheduled service

• To treat the chauffeur, vehicle, and equipment with respect

• To be financially responsible for any damage caused by Client or their guests

• Not to engage in illegal activity inside the vehicle

• Not to bring illegal substances into the vehicle

Company reserves the right to immediately terminate service without refund if safety or legality is compromised.

5. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees

Client will be responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by Client or their guests, including but not limited to:

• Interior damage

• Exterior damage

• Excessive mess requiring deep cleaning

• Burns, spills, bodily fluids, or smoking damage

Cleaning or repair fees may be charged accordingly.

6. Service Delays & Force Majeure

R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Traffic congestion

• Road closures

• Weather conditions

• Accidents

• Mechanical issues

• Acts of God

• Law enforcement activity

We commit to professionalism and communication in all situations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC shall not be liable for:

• Missed flights due to inaccurate client-provided information

• Delays outside of Company control

• Lost or stolen personal belongings

• Indirect or consequential damages

Clients are responsible for their personal items.

8. Right to Refuse Service

R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to:

• Safety concerns

• Intoxication

• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior

• Illegal activity

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, images, marketing materials, and business concepts are the intellectual property of R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Georgia.

11. Updates to These Terms

R&S Elite Legacy Limousine LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
